Butler on Wheels was founded by the same management team responsible for Gatsby Valet, one of Toronto’s largest and most trusted providers of Valet Services. Personal Driver Service

Be Chauffeured in your own luxury vehicle by a uniformed personal driver. With half the rate per hour you would typically spend on a livery service, Butler on Wheels makes economic sense, too. When you consider the fact that your personal driver also becomes your personal butler and can be directed as you wish, our bespoke service becomes an unparalleled experience for you and yours.

• A minimum of 24 hour notice before the requested booking would begin
• A minimum of 3 hours per booking
• Extra charges may apply if outside The Greater Toronto Area

Designated Driver Service

The designated driver service is ideal for those times when you find yourself in need of a safe, one-way service for you and your vehicle. Butler On Wheels will not only send a personal driver to you, but will also provide a chase-car for your personal driver to depart in once they have delivered you to your destination.

• BOW Club Membership Required
• A minimum of 3 hour notice before the requested pickup time
• Service area coverage is for The Greater Toronto Area only

Designated Driver Events Program

Butler on Wheels brings event organizers peace-of-mind by allowing guests to be driven home in their own vehicle by personal drivers who are ready when needed. In addition to being on-site designated drivers for the guests, they become the event planners’ and organizers’ on-site Butlers for the duration of the booking. They can assist planners and organizers with any tasks requiring assistance.

• A minimum of 24 hour notice before the requested booking would begin
• A minimum of 4 hour per booking
• A minimum of 2 drivers per booking

Designated Driver Program

The Butler on Wheels: Designated Driver Program is only available to BOW Club members. This service is ideal for those times when you find yourself in need of a safe, one-way service for you and your vehicle. Butler On Wheels will not only send you a personal driver to you, but will also provide a chase car for your personal driver to depart in once they’ve returned you to your destination. The minimum billable time for BOW Club members is 6 hours for this service.

Vehicle Relocation Program

The Butler on Wheels: Vehicle Relocation Program is only available to BOW club members. This service is ideal for situations where you have driven yourself to a destination and no longer require your vehicle, such as a trip to the airport. Butler on Wheels will come to collect your vehicle and deliver it to the destination of your choice. The logistics for this service must be determined on a case by case basis. The minimum billable time for BOW club members is 4 hours for this service. 

Rate of $750/month

Includes 30 billable hours which can be rolled over month to month. This allows you to bank unused hours from previous months, giving you the freedom to vacation abroad for as long as you like without so much as a thought about lost hours. BOW Club has you covered.
